If it's less than 48 hours since you made a purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244
If you made a purchase more than 48 hours ago but less than two weeks ago, you can request a refund by contacting us.
To get a refund:
1. Go to the inbox of your email address associated with your Google Play Store account.
2. Find the purchase confirmation email.
3. Take a screenshot of the email with your order ID.
4. Contact us through the Help section in the app or at support@easybrain.com and send the screenshot.
Our refund process will begin once we receive this information.
